Response to the COVID-19 during events and photo sessions
Information on participating in events and photo sessions
Participants of events and photo sessions run by cocodoko planning need to register in advance. Event participants will be asked to register their name, address and telephone number. This information will be used in the event that a person is found to be infected with the COVID-19 infection and the facility or the government requests submission of the information. We may also take the temperature of event participants on the day of the event, and submit the above information to the facility in bulk.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our company's privacy policy. In addition, the following applications and registration during the visit will also be provided.

Correspondence at our events
To all participants of our event.

Please refrain from participating in the event if you may have had contact with someone who is positive for the new coronavirus infection, in order to prevent the spread of the infection.

Please refrain from participating in the event if you feel unwell or have a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher on the day of the event.

Please wear a mask when moving around, including when coming to the event.

Sanitizing items will be available at the reception area.

Indoor areas will be ventilated periodically or constantly.

Doors may be left open to reduce the chance of contact.
For cosplayers

Cosplayers are allowed to remove their masks only when photoshooting.

Please keep as much distance as possible in the changing rooms. If each venue has its own regulations, please follow the instructions.

Please do not talk loudly, sneeze or cough to avoid spreading droplets.

Access to the changing rooms may be restricted to avoid crowding.
Staff response

Masks and face shields will be worn during our events.

We will take our temperature before the events to ensure that we are in good physical condition.

Doorknobs and other places that are touched by people's hands will be sanitized regularly.

Hand disinfection will be performed every hour.

Other measures will be taken in accordance with the new coronavirus infection countermeasures designated by the facility.

Limit the number of people to the size of the indoor area and changing rooms to avoid crowding.
