About the use of ZOOM
The online experience we are organizing will be using ZOOM Meeting, provided by ZOOM Video Communications, Inc. ZOOM is an external online platform for video conferencing that can be used on desktop computers, tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices.

When using ZOOM Meeting, users must comply with the "ZOOM Terms of Service" set forth by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
To participate in the online experience
The URL and details for participating in the online experience will be included in your reservation confirmation email and in the reminder email you receive before the online experience begins.
Please log in to ZOOM at least 5 minutes before the start time to check the operation and make sure you are ready for the experience. The host may refuse to allow a late guest to participate. Please be aware that guests will not be eligible for a refund in that case.
Measures taken to protect privacy when using ZOOM

Generate a random, password-protected meeting ID for each online experience.

It is not allowed to record or transcribe the experience via ZOOM. It is also prohibited.

Guests are not allowed to share their screen while the experience is being conducted.

One-on-one conversations between guests using the chat function of Zoom is prohibited.

Sending files via Zoom is prohibited.

The "waiting room" feature is turned on by default, so the host can allow each guest to enter the meeting room.

Do not share password-protected ZOOM meeting URLs with non-participants.

Use the latest version of the ZOOM app.

Be aware of your surroundings and background when the camera is on, as the host and other guests will be able to see you.

If you do not want your name to be visible to the host or other guests of the online experience, we recommend that you use only a different handle or first name when you log in to Zoom.
