当日は敷地を貸切しているため、抜刀しての武器使用はもちろん、乾いた状態であれば血糊撮影も可能です。

＊送迎オプション①：つくば駅から往復１組 ２，０００円
乗車可能人数：３〜４人（普通乗用車）
トランクには小型キャリーが最大３〜４個入る程度です。
長物やスタンド等の長いカメラ機材ケースがグループで複数ある場合は乗車人を３名とします。
不明な場合は別途DMやメールでご相談ください。
（機材や衣装の荷物が多く、一度で運べない場合は往復毎に２，０００円お願いしております）
＊送迎オプション②：お祭り参加用つくば駅周辺往復１組 ２，０００円
乗車可能人数：３〜４人（普通乗用車）
同日（８月２７日）につくば駅周辺で開催されるお祭りにコスプレで参加希望の方用の送迎オプションです。（ご自身のお車で移動される方はオプション料金は必要ありません）
つくば駅周辺はお祭りのため交通規制があるためお祭り会場周辺での送迎となります。
毎年かなりの一般の方の参加があり、混雑しているため、カメラでの撮影はご遠慮ください。
あくまで「コスプレしてお祭りを楽しみたい」という方のみご参加をお願いいたします。
（コスプレでのお祭り参加につきましては大会本部に確認済みです。大会本部に直接のお問合せはご遠慮ください。）
また、お祭り参加中のトラブルにつきましては本団体は一切その責任を負いません。 あらかじめご了承ください。
イベントに参加するにはチケット購入ページにて事前購入が必要です。（オプションについては当日現金でのお支払いとなります。）
※カメラマン様のみでのご参加はご遠慮ください。
当日参加については8月に入りましたら告知いたします。
◆ About reception and changing rooms
About reception
At the time of those arriving by car accepted, please park your car on the opposite side of the parking lot across the front of the hotel road.
Tsukuba Grand Hotel We have a JPS reception desk in the lobby.
Please note that the reception is not at the hotel reception.
At the time of reception, please complete the reception by following the procedure in " ◆ About reception on the day of the event " below .
Please receive your participation certificate at the reception.
* The staff may check the participation certificate at the venue.
About the changing room
We have one guest room (Japanese-style room), which is a women's changing room.
* 3 To avoid crowding, we will limit the number of people to use.
Also, as a three-csity measure, those who come by car will be able to change clothes in the car after reception.
When changing clothes inside the car, please be careful not to see it from outside the car.
受付、駐車場についてはチケット購入後参加者の方に直接メールにてご連絡いたします。
必ず当団体からメール受信できるようにしておいてください。（「メールドメインについて」をご確認ください）

◆ Notes
The venue is not reserved on the day of the event. Please give priority to general worshipers and take care not to cause any inconvenience.

本イベントは最小開催催行人数が決まっているイベントです。
大きく下回っている場合イベントを中止する場合もございます。

◆ Notes on purchasing tickets
Tickets are purchased one by one.
A system fee will be charged when purchasing a ticket.
Due to the system, there is a time limit (20 minutes) for filling out the application form.
A cancellation fee (100%) will be charged from one week before the date of the event.
Please note that the refund fee will be borne by the customer when refunding.
